You know how you go to a gym and you lift weights or you do a certain activity, and you think, “Wow, I really have to do that”. And then you do it, and you think, “Wow, I totally forgot to do that”. And you go to the next activity, and you think, “Yeah, I totally forgot to do that”.
We all have a tendency to be lazy, but that doesn’t mean that there’s nothing to be lazy about. Because, believe it or not, the only thing that’s got any more than one bad habit is having to do something to your body. When I was in elementary school, I was always on the treadmill when I was in a gym.
The point is that I did this for a while, I got pretty good at it, but recently I started to really miss it. That’s why I’m going to take up tri fitness challenge. It’s a 5-day, 20-mile workout that you do every day. And the first day you wake up every morning and take a shower. And the first day you eat breakfast. And the first day you go to bed every night.
I’m not sure I have the faintest idea what this is about. But you can check out the video below to see a demo.
I have a pretty good idea of what you’re going to do with this. But I’m going to have to be a little more careful with this after I finish this exercise.
The exercise is called tri fitness challenge. Its a five-day, 20-mile workout that you do every day. And the first day you wake up every morning and take a shower. And the first day you eat breakfast. And the first day you go to bed every night.
The only thing you will notice is that you no longer have a sense of worth in your life. You are left with nothing to do. You might be a little too obsessed with doing this exercise, but you will be done.
I haven’t finished the first day yet so I’m not going to do the rest of the exercise, but I’m pretty confident I will be done after the first day. I’m just going to keep going and keep eating and drinking while I’m not paying attention to my surroundings. I’m going to make sure the water is always at an appropriate temperature, not too cold while I’m shivering in the rain. Then I’m going to get up and dress and do my exercises.
Now that you are no longer worried about your body, and it still is in the mood for a little something stronger, you can focus on the challenge of getting healthy. I have one of the new tri-fitness apps on my phone. The app tells me exactly how many calories I need to burn to lose a certain amount of weight, and when I have to stop or to eat, and how many calories I can have down while exercising.
The game looks familiar, but not quite as familiar as it looks.
