I’m not a fitness expert, but I’ve been going to the gym since I was a kid. I’m a long-haul truck driver and I work out about 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I don’t lift or use weights, just a good work out. And that’s what I love about my job. I love having time to myself, and I love seeing the results. Rock fitness is another area where you can see the damage you are doing in the gym. The only reason I’m interested in going out the back to get the reps is because I’ve been doing it for my entire life. I’ve done a lot of climbing and I like to do it at least once a day. I’ve never done it before and I do it for a living. I’ve seen tons of videos on YouTube and I’ve seen some amazing things in the movies.
