For example, one factor that I often think about is the amount of time that you spend using your smartphone and other electronic devices. I know that I am always checking my social media and email, but I also know that I am checking my phone a lot more than I used to.

The app has been designed to make people want to get fit, but not at the expense of the social aspect.
