The best way to improve your life fitness and longevity is to get more muscle. The key to building muscle mass is to do something that will improve your metabolism. That would be to do cardio or strength training.

I’m not a fan of cardio, because it just makes it harder to lose weight. But strength training is great because it makes sure that your muscles are able to withstand the stresses of everyday life. They can do your heart work and your arms work at the same time.

The biggest problem with cardio is that it keeps you from being physically active. Because cardio improves your metabolism, it also improves your metabolism. This means that you can improve your health without ever doing any cardio whatsoever. And as you get older your muscles become weaker. This is why many cardio-burning exercises like rowing, running, and swimming are actually quite damaging to your health.

I love the idea of getting your heart to pump faster. It’s a big part of the reason that I exercise. It’s the only thing I can do to keep myself in good mental and physical condition. And it’s also the only thing that I know that will make my heart work faster again. The only problem is I have to do it every day with my exercise. I’m a guy, I’m fat. I don’t have the time to do the same thing every day.

So yeah, its a problem. But its just a problem. A problem that is easily fixed. In fact, its a problem that is already fixed. The problem is not with him.
