So, the first thing I would suggest as a general rule is to put your phone away when you are not using it. I know there are a lot of people who like to keep their phones nearby but I personally would not want to do this as it can lead to a lot of unnecessary distractions.
There are a lot of different ways to tackle the problem of having too many things in your life. You can do things like, “I’ll just do this, and then I’ll do that,” or, “I’ll do this for five minutes, and then I’ll do that for five more minutes.
