Well, if you go out to the beach this summer, then you should definitely not be using a 24 hours fitness app. Not because I’m sexist or anything, but because the app is not exactly accurate. We looked at many apps out there for fitness and found that they are either too hard or too easy.
We found that the hardest part for us, even for beginners, was knowing how to stand up straight. You can do it, but you need to get your feet in line with your knees so you can bend a little easier. Or, you can bend a little a little a little bit.
While the app has several exercises, you should first go through a few sets and rest, then start working again. If you don’t do enough rest, you can become seriously injured. Then you’d better get yourself a good therapist.
Just look for a couple of good exercises and a few good stretches. If you’re stuck on a hard stretch, you’re going to be more active on those stretches. If you’re in the mood for a change of pace, you’ll want to slow down and keep jumping up and down. You’ll have to get yourself to sit down a few minutes every now and then.
You’d still be in the mood for a change of pace, but youd also want to get to a place where you’re still doing the same amount of work in the first place, so that you get back to the beginning.
