The Flex Level is a method of fitness that was developed in England in the late 1900s. It consists of three components: Core strength, upper body and lower body strength. The Flex Level is a system of fitness that uses a series of concentric movements in three planes and three joints each. The three parts are: Core, Upper Body and Lower Body. A good way to view the Flex Level is to imagine that you are in a large room where three walls are closing in on you, a ceiling is hovering above you, and you are floating in a tank of water.
The overall system of fitness is fairly simple on the level it takes to become an athlete. The two main muscles in each joint are the core and the upper body, and then there are the upper body joints. This is where we start our workout. The core is where you are in the heart, the lower body where you are in the belly and the upper body joints. You are in the heart.
When you find yourself on a level fitness training room, you start to feel like you’re jumping from your first weight class to the first one. If you didn’t have the core strength to be able to jump off a wall, you would be a pretty dangerous sleeper.
I love that people are willing to do this. When I first started working out, I was intimidated by the idea of jumping off a wall. I’d always thought that the core must have a special connection to the outside world, but I’d never really understood why. That’s what these exercise videos are trying to teach us. You’ll definitely get to find out why you’re stronger when you get that core connection.
