It is a long way from today’s society that allows animals to be treated as we treat ours to be, to the society we now live in. The cruelty we often see in the news comes from the same type of society that we have come to call the “humane society.
In this society, people are supposed to be treated with kindness and respect if they are not harming or killing any other animal. It’s a system that has been corrupted by an increasing amount of violence towards other sentient beings. I’m not suggesting that all animals shouldn’t be treated humanely, but I am saying that cruelty in general is a huge problem that needs to be addressed.
The idea that cruelty in society is a problem stems from the fact that there is a correlation between the amount of cruelty and the amount of violence against other beings. When we have more violence, we tend to have more cruelty towards other beings. And this is, unfortunately, the case in history. As a society, we are not doing enough to curb cruelty towards other beings.
I know we all agree that cruelty is bad, but I think it’s a little disheartening to see it so prominently displayed on the pages of this website. And even if we all agree that cruelty is wrong, there’s still a lot of people that feel like they don’t have to be like this. Like, no, I don’t want to eat my dinner. I just want to watch the movie.
I don’t know about you, but I find it hard to really focus on the negative without being completely hypocritical. Yes I believe that cruelty should be punished, but I also feel that a lot of people who are cruel are just misunderstood. Because we all want to be compassionate and kind to others, but when we see someone getting away with it, we feel hurt. And because this site is so big, I feel like I can’t really stop.
As a result of the fact that people are taking a lot of pictures of you and don’t really know exactly where you are, I decided to give it a shot. The main reason for this is that some people may not have really seen you, but they sure seem to have seen you.
The reason isn’t because we are the ones who made the choices to make our life easier for you and your friends. It just makes it easier for us to see you, to see that you care about you and that your friend is watching you, that you have a special place in your life you care about, and that you need a friend to do this. It also makes it easier for us to feel that you need us most.
