To use cdfull forms, you would need to completely alter the body, and this is something that you can’t do in real life. It’s the body that we are after in this form, so we can’t just “fix” it in the gym. But at the very least, we can use cdfull forms to get the most out of our gym sessions.
And that is exactly what we’ve been doing. If you’re a guy and you’re trying to get in shape, you’d be surprised how easy it is to incorporate cdfull forms in your gym routine.
