Blink Fitness, or as we call it, “the park,” is a park-like fitness facility where you can experience weight loss and a great way to strengthen your muscles. The park features an outdoor running track, which is a popular and effective way to burn fat, increase your heart rate, and improve your stamina.
The new training park is a bit more than that. You can also swim, bike, or run through the facility, all in a very quiet, peaceful atmosphere. It’s not exactly like running down the road in your car.
For those of you who have been on the go for a while, you can visit the new training park in the park’s south side, which has been added to the website. It’s located on the south side of the park’s south tower, which is a bit more comfortable. It’s a bit more open than the actual park, but it’s free to use.

That said, it’s still great for a fitness workout. It’s fun to go to a cafe in the morning and just sit there on the patio with your laptop and type out some articles and then go out and do some stretches.
