We are at the end of our last year of living, as we have been for nearly a year. We all know we have to get to the gym, do some exercise, and keep in shape. There are no excuses, so we must put a lot of effort into improving ourselves.
We don’t have to be at the gym 24 hours a day. We can have a fitness challenge on the side. That’s right, we’re going to join 24 Hour Fitness in order to get that workout in. While you may already know that we live in New Zealand, the gym in New Zealand is actually in New Zealand. So we’ll be playing the part of a young New Zealander.
If you follow me on Twitter, you know that I’m a huge fan of fitness, exercise, and getting fit. I’ve been known to spend hours in the gym, and I love watching others do the same. But the fact of the matter is that I’m never going to be able to stick to a 24-hour workout. There is no way I’m going to get a good workout that will sustain me for the next 24 hours.
The thing about being a fitness trainer is that you are constantly having to push yourself to do more and more things, to look as good as you can, and to be better at it. But the minute you stop doing it, you stop being a trainer, you stop being a person in the gym.
The key problem with fitness is that it is so stressful that it actually takes the motivation out of being a person who wants to stay fit. You can exercise and get a good workout, and then you can take a break and go do something else. But once you stop, you lose the motivation and you never recover.
The biggest challenge has been that it’s hard for people to get to the gym. I know one of the guys who went to the gym to get a workout and I was trying to keep him going. He told me he was starting to have problems and he wanted to see a doctor. I was really worried about him and it was one of the most frustrating things I’ve ever been able to do. I didn’t think it was possible.
The problem is that people who go to the gym do not have a strong motivation to do it. It’s not like they’re going to the gym to try to get better, right? Just to get into the good stuff? Or maybe they just want to lose weight. But the thing is, they have to do it in 24 hours or else they will never be able to recover and they will lose motivation and they’ll never get motivated. And they will never take a day or two off.
The 24-hour fitness challenge is a pretty common, but unfulfilling exercise. In fact, a lot of people just don’t want to do it, because they don’t know what they’re doing or they just dont feel like it. So there are a lot of people who just give up on the challenge after a few days. Its also one of those things that most of us can get over it pretty quickly if we really want to.
Not every single challenge is perfect. But it’s pretty common and we could say that even the most successful challenge on the planet is probably the most difficult one. If you have any of the two challenges that you are probably already familiar with, it’s probably the easiest one. If your competition is already a lot stronger than you thought, you better start talking once in a while and talk about how much better it is.
The most difficult challenge? Your typical cross-fit workout (for the most part). The most popular challenge? The marathon.
